Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of sales performance and growth for designated key accounts within the Thai market.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with clients, emphasizing trust and consistent engagement.
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Evaluate industry movements and client demands to craft actionable strategies—both immediate and forward-looking.
- Act as a strategic advisor, leading cross-functional efforts to present and deliver tailored fragrance solutions.
- Align client-specific needs with the company’s product and service offerings to maximize value delivery.
- Share relevant market intelligence—including competitor insights, product feedback, and industry potential—with internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Manage distributor relationships to ensure seamless supply chain support and optimized customer service.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or R&D within the fragrance or FMCG sectors.
- Familiarity with olfactory profiling and fragrance-specific terminology is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, decision-makers, and key influencers, accurately capturing and relaying customer expectations.
- Strong foundation in commercial strategy, including marketing and sales execution.
- Adept at negotiation and driving outcomes that meet both company and customer objectives.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit, contributing positively to group dynamics and shared goals.
