Our client is a global leader in advanced material science (packaging, infrastructure, mobility). They are hiring a Communications Specialist – Digital to enhance brand visibility and impact across all digital channels. This role requires a strategic and creative communicator to lead digital initiatives, focusing on storytelling and visual content. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally (with corporate and commercial teams) to drive cohesive brand narratives.
What You’ll Do
- Drive digital communication strategy across all owned and partner channels (social media, web), focusing on audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
- Develop and manage full cycle integrated digital campaigns, including budget control, performance tracking, and agile adjustments based on analytics.
- Produce diverse digital content (copywriting, visual design, video production) utilizing both in-house capabilities and external agencies.
- Consult internal teams on optimal digital channel setup and content strategy to promote core business initiatives.
- Implement employee advocacy programs to encourage the organic sharing of corporate content on personal social platforms.
- Monitor digital sentiment and provide timely crisis communications support, ensuring appropriate messaging during incidents.
- Utilize advanced analytic tools to evaluate campaign performance and generate insights for strategic planning and reviews.
- Champion the adoption of AI and emerging communication technologies to enhance team efficiency and drive innovation.
- Ensure strict brand consistency and uniformity across every digital touchpoint and asset.
- Provide key support and execution for special projects as assigned by the Communications Director.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a closely related discipline.
✅3–5 years of relevant vocational experience is a strong preference.
✅English proficiency, preferably demonstrated by a TOEIC score exceeding 800.
✅High-level proficiency in presentation, design, and video editing tools, specifically including PowerPoint, Canva, MS Clipchamp, and Copilot.
✅Practical experience utilizing social media metrics tools for performance evaluation and optimization purposes.
✅Conversant with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging digital communication technologies.
✅Proven skill in crafting concise, engaging social media copy tailored for specific audiences and platform requirements.
