Our client is a global, premier property investment, management, and development group, renowned for creating and managing high-value, iconic buildings and infrastructure projects across major international cities. They are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (MEP) to join their team in Bangkok.
What You’ll Do
- Project Leadership: Lead the project team through every phase of implementation, ensuring all targets related to schedule, cost, and quality are met or exceeded.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between consultants, contractors, and joint venture partners to ensure professional and seamless communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Secure all necessary permits and technical approvals from local authorities. You must be well-versed in local regulatory procedures to ensure clearances are obtained as planned.
- Technical Oversight: Carefully review contract documents and technical drawings. You will ensure the final delivery to buyers matches the promised marketing specifications and high-quality standards.
- Safety Management: Champion the construction safety management system. This includes overseeing independent quarterly site safety audits to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
- At least 12 years of experience in the construction or real estate sector, specifically managing high-rise
- Residential projects from inception to completion.
- Mandatory previous experience working directly for a real estate developer on residential housing projects.
- A deep understanding of the local construction market and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong teams with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and able to integrate international standards with local field practices.
- A proactive team player who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and personal drive to see tasks through to the finish line.
