Role Overview
The Sales Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, client expansion, and commercial performance for the Thailand business. The role combines new business development, key account leadership, and team leadership, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to grow the market and strengthen client partnerships.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role with direct ownership of pipeline, revenue, and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the local sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Win new clients while expanding commercial opportunities within existing accounts
- Build, manage, and convert a strong and predictable sales pipeline
- Lead client engagements from brief through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
- Own revenue, margin, and conversion targets with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Develop and manage annual client growth plans
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
- Expand adoption of the company’s full service offering across the client portfolio
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new client accounts
- Lead client presentations, commercial reviews, and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Lead, coach, and develop the local client services team
- Drive accountability, prioritisation, and execution across all commercial activity
- Monitor market and client trends to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company with professionalism, credibility, and integrity
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or client management in a commercial or service-driven environment
- Strong track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capability
- Highly organised with strong time and priority management
- Comfortable working in a regional or international business environment
- Able to operate independently while collaborating across multiple teams
