Senior Sales Specialist – Construction Chemicals (Bangkok-based)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist who will take ownership of driving growth, deepening customer relationships, and steering innovation in the construction chemicals market. This is a Bangkok-based role where you will manage a portfolio of medium to large accounts, expand distribution networks, and turn market opportunities into measurable success.

  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong customer portfolio while strengthening market presence.

  • Cultivate relationships at multiple levels across customer organizations, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable sales plans, delivering growth in both volume and value.
  • Forecast demand in collaboration with supply chain and production teams, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Use market intelligence and data-driven insights to guide business decisions and product strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with a win-win approach while safeguarding business objectives and compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer experience and sustainable business results.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, always prioritizing business objectives with ownership and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the chemical, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to create long-term value for customers and the business.
  • Eligible to work in Thailand.
