Qualifications
- Support hiring needs across the organization and help define role requirements as they emerge
- Identify effective recruitment platforms and external partners while negotiating cost-efficient terms
- Manage and refresh job postings on strategic channels to attract high-quality candidates
- Participate in interviews and selection processes, advising managers on candidate suitability
- Coordinate onboarding including announcements, orientation programs, and IT readiness
- Develop localized training schedules aligned with business priorities and skill gaps
- Leverage global and local learning resources, including available government funding
- Monitor people-development trends and introduce modern learning tools and approaches
- Implement structured development roadmaps to build continuous learning culture
- Assess organization-wide training needs and lead initiatives to strengthen capabilities
- Manage full HR lifecycle from entry to exit, including work permit administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR activities
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times
- Act as primary contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR issues professionally
- Coordinate performance review cycles and development planning
- Respond effectively to changing business priorities and unexpected HR matters
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and statutory payroll requirements
- Maintain precise records of pay, benefits, deductions, and adjustments
- Collaborate with Finance to reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies
- Validate overtime, incentives, and variable compensation in line with policy
- Prepare payroll analytics to support management decision-making
- Address employee payroll queries promptly and professionally
- Track legislative changes to maintain full payroll compliance
- Support external audits and payroll system enhancements or migrations
- Maintain accuracy of HRIS data and digital employee records
- Prepare regional and group HR reports and retention initiatives
- Design engagement activities such as recognition and wellness programs
- Promote Health, Safety, and Environment awareness through HR processes
- Implement training for new HR technologies and digital tools
- Undertake additional assignments as required by local or regional leadership
Role Requirements
✅ An HR Generalist background with at least 5 years of hands-on operational experience.
✅ A Diploma in HR Management or a related professional field.
