Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the given sales budget and the important clients in the business.
  • Increasing the number of new clients and businesses in order to meet the sales budget.
  • Establishing customer relationships and working to strengthen them.
  • The ability to effectively develop and manage projects for both existing and new clients is required.
  • Performs an analysis of market trends and the business requirements of customers, and as a result, brings forward creative ideas and implements both short-term and long-term strategies.
  • Being in charge of leading and managing the activities of the company, as well as promoting and selling fragrance solutions that are customer-relevant.
  • Determine the needs of the consumer and ensure that they are met by the company’s product or service.
  • It is their responsibility to provide supervisors and support teams with information regarding the market, including market dynamics, product performance, competition, and market potential.
  • Management of distributors etc. to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Science, Business Administration (Sales or Marketing).
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, R&D, or marketing in the fragrance and FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrates strong relationship-building skills with consumers, decision-makers, and influencers, including understanding and communicating their needs.
  • Demonstrates sales and marketing expertise.
