Service Supervisor

Our client is a sales and services supplier for the oil and gas industry, and they have a strong business establishment all over the world. They have a solid following of customers. As part of their Regional Team, they are searching for someone who is knowledgeable in Field Service and Repair.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare scope of work, work plan and spare part lists and support customers on particular overhauls, services on their own machines. All documents must be reviewed and approved by Field Service & Repair Department Manager.
  • Arrange for required documents for each machine referring to company standard.
  • All service jobs shall be carried out according to work scopes and time frame as approved by the Service Manager.
  • Prepare required tools and equipment with the service team and concerned documents as requested by clients.
  • Coordinate with Service Manager, if required with Project Engineer in order to clarify scope of work and site work with working time.
  • Fulfil required safety work condition referring to the company’s regulations and requirements from customer.
  • Supervise and control the work quality referring to the company’s regulations and arrange for servicing without any complaints from client.
  • Coach the service team during working in order to handle and improve technical knowledge and skills as the Company’s policy, work standard, and instruction.
  • Prepare service reports and handover to Service Manager, handover reports with customers signature.
  • Prepare time sheet and relevant expense reports in required time.
  • Represent company Service Company and the Company’s policy with high standard and high performance level.

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 10 years experience in the fields of favorable in reciprocating compressor or marine.
  • Having mechanical knowledge in machine repair and installation.
  • Having turbine or equipment knowledge which required engineering skill.
