Overview
A commercially driven Sales Engineer role focused on developing business opportunities and delivering automation solutions within the logistics and warehouse space. This position requires a balance of technical understanding and strong client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify business opportunities and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
- Deliver tailored presentations and solution proposals aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal technical and proposal teams for solution development.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely follow-up on all sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented
- Experience in logistics, intralogistics, or automation solutions is an advantage
