Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational functions across planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, quality control, compliance, and product recovery activities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive operational strategy, governance, business performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand, supply, capacity, and shipment plans to ensure customer commitments and business objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee procurement and supplier management to secure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and support production requirements.
  • Establish rigorous inventory control processes, ensuring high levels of accuracy, traceability, reconciliation, and accountability across all inventory locations.
  • Maintain full responsibility for customs, bonded warehouse, free zone, and trade compliance activities, ensuring regulatory adherence and audit readiness at all times.
  • Drive continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and digital tools to enhance visibility, efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.
  • Lead quality assurance and final inspection programs, ensuring products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, resolve root-cause issues, and strengthen end-to-end processes.
  • Build the operational infrastructure, controls, and capabilities required to support business expansion and future growth.
  • Develop a high-performing leadership team through effective coaching, succession planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or procurement leadership, including at least 5 years leading managers and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with responsibility for customs, bonded warehouse, free zone, import/export compliance, or similar trade control requirements.
  • Strong track record of improving inventory accuracy, operational controls, and supply chain performance through ERP-driven processes and data-based decision making.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams and international stakeholders.
