B2B Sales Manager

This position will respond to B2B sales management such as will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our promotional and sales activities. Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development of performance review tools and dashboards
  • Act as the analytical engine for the HQ B2B sales team to drive key mgmt. decisions
  • Supports the incentives payout calculation
  • Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
  • Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
  • Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through the actions of others
  • Development of sales-related performance dashboards
  • Strong analytical capabilities and well-versed in analytical tools
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
