- Lead HR operations and work as the key business partner with a business leader to improve organization performance.
- Understands HR Requirements, challenges and able to identify or suggest solutions.
- Able to design HR Strategies and implement accordingly.
- Lead HR projects and works with key stakeholders in organization development and changes.
- Lead training activities as per guidelines and improvements.
- Works closely with stakeholders in succession planning and performance management.
- More than 5 years experiences in HR
- Good command in English
- Mature and strong communications skills
- Can-do attitude and flexible mindset
