HR Manager Thailand

Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partner Serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, such as legal procedures and documents, and effective people management through coaching and advising.
  • Collaborate with managers to determine, rank, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Support alignment of business objectives, employee objectives, and management objectives
  • Complete recruitment processes, including employer branding efforts
  • Participate in projects and functional and cross-functional initiatives
  • Process of internal communication (update organizational schematics, create announcements, etc.).
  • Provide guidance on change management activities and serve as a change agent
  • Launch and implement HR processes and tools, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and salary reviews, among others.
  • Responsible for the structure and policies of compensation and benefits in accordance with the company’s standards.
  • Responsible for the superior quality and execution of HR services, such as payroll, benefits administration, and business travel policy.
  • Counsel and assist with employee relations in accordance with labor law and the company’s social dialogue standards.
  • Management of the office and facilities for the Bangkok office and plant
  • Works closely with managers and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and increase employee retention.
  • Build a diverse team and ensure that it has the necessary skills.
  • The role of the team leader is to build motivated, engaged, and devoted teams.
  • Direct and coach subordinates
  • Through counseling and mentoring, high-performing teams can be developed and motivated.
  • Employ relevant HESQ policy legislation, the company’s safety principles, and golden rules.
  • Maintain internal procedures and risk assessments
  • Ensure the necessary HESQ management systems are in place and maintained for the function.
  • Create a corporate culture in which all employees prioritize health, safety, and the environment.
  • Always act and lead in accordance with the company’s global Ethics & Compliance policy.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR management with a strong leadership and change agent mentality.
  • Capable of working with multinational corporations
  • Remarkable initiative and communication skills
