Quality Engineer

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled technical to join our team, as our clients are leaders in their respective industries plays a prominent role in the Aviation Industry in supplying, repairing, and overhauling complex aerospace systems and components for commercial and regional airlines as well as cargo carriers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Updates and monitor Internal / External Quality Audits are accomplished
• Follow up Ensure all CAR and NC are closed on timely manner 
• Monitor, prepare and submit certificate renewal application
• Review internal procedure and organization exposition manual/ repair station manual
• Complete customer questionnaire / desktop audit
• Warranty investigation
• Notification to CAA for work perform at another location (On-site repair)
• Ensure and review all work sheets (router, RCN) are up to date per the technical data as required for maintenance work.
• Monthly report (CVD, MOR etc. ) and Management review preparation
• Prepare and submit capability approval
• Back up person for calibration and Technical data control.
• Assisting the Quality Manager to ensure that quality system Documents always stays in compliance with regulations of Civil Aviation Authorities (FAA, EASA, CAAT, CAAC, CAAS, JCAB, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any engineering discipline) or equivalent work experiences in related field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Has knowledge of Civil Aviation regulation ( CAAT, FAA , EASA , CAAC , CAAS etc.)
• Has attended AS9110/9120 or IS9001
• Minimum 1 years quality experience
• Ability to use general office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
