Our organization is in search of a Corporate Communication Manager for a market leader in their respective industry. The primary duty of this position is to promote the corporate identity and mission while emphasizing the organization’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a group tasked with internal and external communication, guaranteeing the safeguarding of the organization’s standing and efficient distribution of its worldwide perspective.
  • Develop an all-encompassing strategy for corporate communication that strives to convey a unified, consistent, and positive message in order to establish and advance the corporate identity and mission.
  • Foster, cultivate, and fortify connections with media organizations operating at the national, regional, and international scales. This encompasses interaction with working groups, editors, media proprietors, senior columnists, and executive editors. Supervisory of Share of Voice (SoV) monitoring and integration of a media interface for SoV benchmarking and media performance evaluation.
  • Supplement efforts with digital communication initiatives that supplement those of traditional media. Investigate nascent media platforms and utilize influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as communication focal points. Ongoing improvement of the corporate media as the principal means of communication.
  • Maintain a positive corporate image by monitoring issues and proactively preparing for crisis communications, thereby mitigating company risk through the development of both proactive and reactive communication messages.
  • Oversee the operations and responsibilities of the communications team, ensuring that all members collaborate efficiently and produce high-quality work on a consistent basis.
  • Facilitate the team’s progress towards acquiring a wide range of skills and competencies through coaching, promoting ongoing education and skill development in order to align with the ever-changing demands of the job.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, marketing communication, or digital communication is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Thermogenic AI, Digital Communication, Digital Marketing, and Related Technologies.
  • Proven track record of effectively overseeing communication campaigns from inception to completion, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in managing global media represents a highly advantageous quality.
  • Prior professional experience gained in a global setting.
  • Proven ability to oversee teams comprised of subordinates.
  • Capacity for strategic reasoning.
  • Proficient in both Thai and English.
