Our client is a JV Company in property development with premium project on hands.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The role requires an outgoing, confident, professional customer-service oriented individual to become the community relations manager on behalf of a large mixed-use development in Central Bangkok.
  • During the 6 years of construction, the role will involve working closely with the team members of the developer and the appointed contractors and consultants to communicate the stages of construction with the neighbouring community. The role will need someone who can gather feedback from all
  • parties, analyze such feedback and report to the developer’s management on a regular basis.
  • The main purpose of this role is to lead the communication strategy with the key neighbours to the development. This will involve social media, email and physical meetings on a regular and as required basis.
  • Setting up key points of contacts in the various buildings neighbouring the site the role will be to share information with the neighbours as to the status of the development and the concerns the neighbours may have.
  • It will be necessary to get an understanding of the mandated mitigation measures set out for the development and liaise with the neighbours and contractors regarding these.
  • The role will have empathy and strong people skills in managing any neighbour concerns and building their trust for the developer to be responsible in caring for the community.
  • Community relations manager will liaise directly with the Project management team on a daily basis to ensure high levels of understanding on timelines for key events and milestones which in turn can be communicated to the neighbours.

Qualifications

  • Reporting to the Developer’s management team you should be an experienced customer orientated professional with at least 10 years of experience in this field.
  • Thai nationality, University degree.
  • Previous experience in construction or property development is preferred. Thai and English speaker.
