ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a Bangkok-based fine jewelry manufacturer producing high-end collections for international luxury brands, operating in a dynamic and multinational production environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a senior finance leadership opportunity for someone ready to take full command of plant-level accounting in a high-precision, fast-moving manufacturing environment. We are looking for a meticulous finance professional to own the full scope of finance, accounting, cost control, and compliance functions — working closely with plant management and regional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and timely reporting at every level. If you thrive where finance meets the factory floor and want your work to carry real operational weight, this role was built for that.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct end-to-end accounting operations, maintaining the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting in line with TFRS standards and internal policy
  • Manage the full general ledger cycle, including account reconciliations and the execution of month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Produce and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to a standard of accuracy that withstands internal and external scrutiny
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for both internal and external audit engagements, ensuring findings are addressed promptly and thoroughly
  • Build and sustain a robust internal control environment that meets audit requirements and upholds company-wide governance standards
  • Maintain full compliance with Thai tax obligations — including CIT, VAT, and withholding tax — and manage all filings and correspondence with relevant authorities
  • Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, encompassing standard costing frameworks, BOM accuracy, and variance analysis
  • Evaluate production costs, inventory valuations, and manufacturing variances to surface opportunities for cost optimization
  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle and manage ongoing forecasting activities, monitoring performance against plan with clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to plant operations, identifying process gaps and driving improvements — including automation and workflow redesign — to enhance efficiency across the function
  • Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and ongoing professional growth

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage
  • 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Demonstrated background in manufacturing and cost accounting environments
  • Strong command of TFRS, US GAAP, and Thai tax regulations
  • Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Excel capabilities
  • Professional fluency in both Thai and English, with experience operating in multinational settings
  • Proven leadership capability combined with sharp analytical and problem-solving aptitude

WHY JOIN

  • Step into a role with genuine ownership — not just execution — where your financial insights directly shape how the business operates and grows
  • Work at the intersection of luxury manufacturing and multinational finance, gaining rare exposure to complex cost structures, international standards, and cross-border stakeholder dynamics
  • Join a lean, high-impact finance function where process improvement is actively encouraged and the work you put in is visible at every level of the organization
