Our client is a multinational in the advanced materials and specialty chemicals sector, known for developing solutions that sit behind many everyday products—from modern packaging to infrastructure and mobility applications.

They are hiring a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across a portfolio of technically complex, high-value accounts. This role is suited to a commercially astute professional who can navigate sophisticated customer environments, position value beyond price, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The position works closely with technical and cross-functional teams to shape account strategy, expand market presence, and capture new business in priority segments. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, account penetration, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute detailed account plans to manage your portfolio effectively.
  • Act as the main point of contact to nurture and coordinate long-term customer partnerships.
  • Identify new commercial channels and spearhead business development strategies to capture fresh opportunities.
  • Deliver on both value and volume targets by developing robust sales and marketing blueprints.
  • Leverage market intelligence to refine and adapt your sales approach.
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Work alongside internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience (CX).
  • Spot opportunities for business expansion, including cross-selling within the wider Dow business.
  • Anticipate what your clients need before they do, implementing strategies that ensure business retention.
  • Confidently lead meetings with both senior internal leadership and external customers.
  • Prioritize objectives with a strong bias for action, ensuring thorough follow-up and successful project completion.

 Qualifications & Requirements

✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.

✅ A minimum of 8 years of successful experience in a professional sales environment.

✅ Proven track record in managing and growing high-complexity, large-scale key accounts.

✅ Direct technical experience or expertise with Polyurethane products is a significant advantage.

✅ Strong industry knowledge within the Cold Chain Insulation or Home Appliance sectors is highly preferred.

✅ Exceptional fluency in both Thai and English, encompassing professional written and verbal communication.

✅ Expert-level skills in strategic planning and negotiation, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.

✅ A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that remains steady under pressure and adapts quickly to market shifts.
