Position Overview
The Finance & Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading all finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting activities for Anir Thailand. As a key finance business partner to local management and regional stakeholders, this role will ensure financial integrity, support business growth, and establish strong financial controls within a fast-growing multinational environment.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong accounting expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and company policies.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis for local management and regional headquarters.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Oversee VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and government authorities.
- Establish, maintain, and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies.
- Support ERP and financial system implementation, enhancement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost control, efficiency improvements, and risk management.
- Partner with regional and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and financial objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop finance team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Support the Country Manager and Regional Finance team with financial analysis, strategic planning, and business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting experience.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Experience working in a multinational company environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
