Our client is the multinational company in the personal care ingredient business provides to Fast Moving Consumer Goods and cosmetic business.
Role Overview
This role supports the seamless flow of commercial and supply chain operations, serving as a critical link between clients, the sales team, and logistics functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle — from PO receipt through to final delivery — while ensuring documentation accuracy, customs compliance, and consistent client communication. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer Purchase Orders (POs) into the ERP/inventory system accurately and on time.
- Be the main point of contact for B2B clients on order status, delivery updates, and required documents.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and local transport, ensuring full compliance with Thai customs regulations.
- Track international shipments and proactively update clients and the sales team on any delays.
- Support the sales team with quotations, price lists, and ensuring clients receive all necessary documents (COA, MSDS, compliance certificates).
- Assist with admin tasks, data entry, and monthly sales reporting.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and assist with stock rotation tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Import/Export Administration — experience within the chemical, fragrance, flavor, or FMCG B2B sectors is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai import and customs clearance processes, particularly for chemical or raw material shipments.
- Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders and managing key shipping documentation including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and COA.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are required.
- Native Thai speaker with strong professional proficiency in English for effective communication with regional teams and overseas factories.
- Highly proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset — able to anticipate supply chain issues and resolve bottlenecks before they impact clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, pricing verification, and document management.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations professionally and maintain positive long-term relationships.
