We’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist who thrives on building strong partnerships, driving business growth, and influencing innovation across multiple industries including: Coatings, Inks & Adhesives, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial & Institutional Cleaning / Home Care, and agriculture & Crop Solutions

This is more than a sales role—it’s about understanding customer challenges, positioning high-value solutions, and leading initiatives that create measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a diverse account portfolio with medium to large customers.
  • Lead negotiations, build trust, and deliver long-term value.
  • Spot new market opportunities and drive business development strategies.
  • Translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Act with an owner’s mindset—prioritising impact, execution, and results.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience (chemicals, pharma, agriculture, or industrial sector is an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with speed and precision.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to changing market needs.

Location: Bangkok (local hire, no relocation support).
