Role Overview
We are looking for a resourceful and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Bangkok office. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for brand storytelling, strategic marketing, and digital engagement. The successful candidate will contribute to developing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of integrated marketing plans and promotional initiatives.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to monitor trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential growth areas and suggest actionable strategies to enhance market positioning.
- Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee and update the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Design and manage a content calendar, producing compelling posts, stories, and videos.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to maximize outreach and ROI.
- Content Development & Branding
- Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, and email templates.
- Draft and refine copy for web pages, blogs, and social channels, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Uphold brand identity by adhering to style guidelines and refining communication standards.
- Email Marketing Operations
- Plan and manage ongoing email campaigns, including customer newsletters and product promotions.
- Design and distribute email communications tailored to various audience segments.
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Event Marketing & Coordination
- Support the organization of marketing events, including product launches, webinars, and workshops.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors, service providers, and collaborators.
- Promote events through integrated channels, ensuring maximum visibility and participation.
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Monitor key marketing KPIs, including web traffic, social engagement, and campaign metrics.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to guide data-driven marketing improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, social media management, and email automation.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing platforms such as Hootsuite and Mailchimp.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing to team efforts.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic video editing software.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Possession of a relevant certification in digital marketing or related areas.
