Account Executive

Location: Bangkok – Pathum Wan district

Package: 25,000 – 45,000 Baht (Based on performance & Experience)

Our client, a well-established and respected independent insurance brokerage in Thailand, is seeking an Account Executive who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing both administrative and client coordination tasks with efficiency and professionalism. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with corporate clients, insurers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

With a long-standing presence in the market, the company serves a growing portfolio of prominent local and international corporate clients. It maintains strong working relationships with all major insurers and holds trusted affiliations with a global network of insurance brokerage partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, alongside diligently managing the renewal processes for existing accounts.
  • Engage directly with prospects and clients to comprehensively understand and effectively address their specific insurance requirements.
  • Liaise efficiently with insurers to facilitate the accurate submission of necessary information for both new and renewed business.
  • Drive strategic cross-selling initiatives and skillfully negotiate optimal benefits packages designed to best serve client interests.
  • Formulate innovative and compelling proposals, delivering impactful sales presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of all assigned accounts, fostering consistent and proactive communication to swiftly resolve any daily sales or service issues that may arise.
  • Actively contributes to the expansion of business relationships with both nascent and established clients.
  • Compile weekly reports detailing relevant market developments and individual business progress.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal accounting teams and external parties to facilitate efficient premium collection.
  • Manage invoicing and tax receipt processes meticulously as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all pertinent local laws and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management to support broader team objectives.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related professional field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, with a background in the insurance sector being highly preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency, encompassing fluency in English and a regional language (both spoken and written).
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a proactive willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Self-motivated with a consistently positive attitude and proven ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy in all tasks.
