HR Manager (Generalist)

Package: Base salary max 80,000

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations for our organization. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a small, dynamic environment and is capable of working independently while partnering closely with senior leadership. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing both strategic input and operational HR support to drive business success through people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage overall HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Drive recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent across all functions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes with fairness and professionalism.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to identify organizational development needs and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Support learning and development activities, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, employment contracts, and personnel records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle expatriate support, visa coordination, and work permit processes as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support leadership in a strategic capacity.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential for daily communication with the CEO and international stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
